There may be additional charges if you increase the size of the vehicle or change the destination. Our cancellation terms can be seen below.
Yes, we require a 10% deposit on all bookings in order to secure your vehicle. Except we have a contractual long term arrangement in place with you for example schools, universities & businesses etc
The full balance would need to be paid seven days prior seven days prior to travel. (Unless you have a prior agreement with us. e.g.. schools, universities & businesses etc)
No. Other than on a vehicle fitted expressly for that purpose, food (except confectionery) and drink (including alcoholic beverages) may not be consumed on the vehicle without prior consent from the Company.
The following rate of charges will apply in relation to the hire charge –

The cost of accommodation, meals and theatre tickets (where applicable) which have already been purchased by us on your behalf, including any administration, will be charged to you.
Cancellation due to inclement weather will be charged as above
Theatre tickets, or such other ancillary services we provide, are not refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Where we cancel as a result of any emergency, riot, civil commotion, lockout, stoppage or restraint of labour, pandemic, epidemic or on the happening of any event which is outside our control, including adverse weather and road conditions, or in the event that the hirer unilaterally varies any pre-agreed conditions, we may by returning any money paid and without further or other liability cancel the agreement.
We reserve the right to provide a larger vehicle than that specified at no additional charge unless any extra seats are used in which case an additional pro rata charge will be made to the hire charge. We reserve the right to substitute another vehicle (including those of other operators) or ancillary facilities for all or part of the hiring subject to such substitutes being of at least equivalent quality.
